Medicare, the whole health care industry needs to be overhauled but how do we get there from here? It has become so politizied that nothing will get done. The chief concern of congress is to get reelected, keep them selves in their nice jobs. To do that there have to pander to their base, the lobbyist and the big donors who, Surprise!, happen to be the health care industry. Cliff/Boston I think its a big mess.
